Here's a more recent one. While this still doesn't prove that mock drafts are anything but useless, Kiper is actually 5th on an average of the last 5 years. LINK

Mock drafts suffer greatly from the possibility of trades. One trade which is impossible to predict can reverb through the rest of the draft greatly.
