It's not splitting hairs. Corporations don't exist without the government. It's a big distinction.

G, you wouldn't be willing to bestow limited liability to a group of people voluntarily?

It seems that folks are arguing for laissez-fare capitalism by dismissing our current system's failures as a perverted mixed economy i.e. "If the government would stay out of our sacred free-market ". Are you against all regulation? government? A company can be down-right evil whether it's owned by John Smith or a collection of shareholders. The profit motive stands regardless.

So what negatives? Where to start…………..
