No kidding. Just look at TLC -- they used to have programs focusing on things like nature, science, history, technology, and home improvement. Somewhere around the turn of the century they distanced themselves from that and jumped into bed with reality TV idiocy and the Duggar Family and Jon and Kate mess.

Is there any difference between TLC, the Discovery Channel, History channel, MTV and A&E?
That's pretty much why I got rid of cable.
