re: Clinton man arrested for 7th DWI

Leaving my neighborhood one morning, on my way to work, I see this guy parked in the middle of the road. He is slumped over the wheel and I'm not sure if he's dead or what. I call my wife and tell her to call the police. Later, when she is on her way to work, they are hooking the car up to a tow truck. She told the cop that she had made the call. He informed her that the guy was passed out drunk. 12th DUI !!!
