I've been saying since 2011 that Jenkins is average at best but makes too many mistakes to be a starter. The bad has almost always outweighed the good.

For every Jackson goalline tackle or Bryant strip from behind there are about 30 missed tackles and 5 dropped picks.

Edit:
And yeah Harper was poor in coverage, but I blame the dumb arse coaches for constantly trying to put a square peg in a star hole.

Ryan actually used him extremely well last year.
