He did have the surgery. Still weighed over 300 pounds after the surgery and he had diabetes. Probably what killed him

He had 2 heart attacks and infections recently. He most likely died because he was obese and lived a bad lifestyle while he had that giant thing growing on his ball. I still question how he actually got that thing anyway, men get hit in the nuts all the time don't develop those things. I guess he was just an unlucky guy.
