It is the ending of an innocent life. State sanctioned though it is murder is the correct term. No different than an innocent man being put to death on death row, no different than droning an innocent hut full of villagers because of faulty intel, no different than smashing another vehicle while drunk, all murders. We can call them collateral damage, homicide, accidents, whatever but at the end of the day when an innocent life is taken it is murder.
