re: Off Duty cops (NYPD) want to carry handguns into NFL stadiums

I don't necessarily think it's a bad idea but there is just too much potential for a terrible situation. What happens to the first cop that gets a picture taken of him drinking a beer with his sidearm visible? There's too much of a grey area to allow some to carry and others to not. Plus, the chances of needing a gun inside an NFL stadium are slim to none.
