Lower class folk are a really fricked up bunch. Commit tons of crime and lean heavily on divorce rates as well. Basically, whatever negative stat you can find about the human condition, don't assume it applies to all of them.

In my experience they're also too stupid to get the divorce finalized by a judgement, turning their property rights into a total shite-show.
Also: truly wealthy people have little need for prenups because they're smart enough not to create a lot of community property.
