LSU will 99.99 % waive her out of state tuition with those stats. Not sure if they'll give her any other money though. Tell her to apply/call
Each member on the LSU Board of Supervisors has a certain amount of full-tuition scholarships they can "give away" too. The recipient can't be rewarded both TOPS & this scholarship so that's something to take a look at too
Academic Common Core (SREB) will waive out of state tuition for certain majors at LSU (Petroleum Engineering, Biochemistry, etc). It just depends on what state
