Exactly and I have said as much a few times already. Payton has finally had it click that loyalty will eventually get you killed on the cap and in the end you can't keep everyone forever.

Sometimes with Payton, you worry that his arrogance will get the best of him.
For example, we all saw that we needed to run more; and he would admit as much explicitly.
But we still didn't do it for multiple weeks.
It's important that he's able to adapt even after all the success he's had.
