Dollars to donuts ole boy and his girl friend are both on SSI and both despise Obama....of course neither probably bother to vote so they ain't making much of a difference....

I can remember as a child going to my Grandparents home outside of Atlanta and on pretty Saturday mornings the Klan would be at many major intersections taking donations much like the firemen do....I have seen this as recently as 4 years ago in Hiram, Ga...about 30 miles NW of Atlanta.

I also remember a man who lived three houses down from the middle school I attended in Cobb County, Georgia (a suburb of Atlanta) who would be dressed in his full Klan regalia and waving a flag as the school buses went past almost every afternoon, weather permitting (nothing like a cold rain to shrink your sheet and make it not fit right).

Both of these events were accompanied by confederate flags...in the first case the road was lined with them, in the second case the man had one on his house and often waved another one. No one ever did anything about this misuse of the confederate flag because deep down they all agreed with the sentiment behind its use...and that is why the flag is what it is today because the good people of the south not only allowed it to become a symbol of white supremacy but encouraged it through enaction.

That is exactly why black folks should so....and the NAACP should have long ago adopted the confederate flag as part of their logo...after all black folks have every bot as much right to claim the thing as part of their heritage as white folks do. How many of these idiots would be so proud of their symbol of their heritage if it was also a symbol of the NAACP?

No, the better part of valor is to ignore them and not pay them any attention of any sort. All the ignorant bastards want is some attention because Daddy only paid them any when he was drunk and buggering them.

Seriously though why would I hit them in the eye for excercising their right to free speech? This is exactly the kind of speech that needs protecting....not something that everyone agrees with.
