Is there an Intel NUC that comes with a TV Tuner, or are you suggesting an HDHomerun on the network still?
Also, I've never seen an NUC with any useable amount of storage for recordings- you'd still need an external hdd/NAS

My proposed setup wouldn't have any recording capabilities.
