He was old in boxing years in the 1st movie, he has the kid in the 2nd movie, and the kid's like 12-13 by Rocky V. I'd think the youngest he'd be is like 45, so yeah an active young boxer at the time should probably kill him. Especially considering Rocky's brain damage.

I wonder what would have happened had Appolo came out of retirement to fight Clubber. With Rocky in his corner?
