I doubt I would gloat if Entergy were my provider. They were more expensive, but DEMCO is a non- profit co-op.
I'm actually trying to warm the wife up to moving to Houston. We wouldn't really make more money but there's more "stuff" and we both are adventurous eaters. Every time we go to Houston we try new places.
She hates the city in general, though. Family is the only thing that tethers us here.

My parents live close to college station and they fall under one of these and have no choice. Their rates are about .08 after everything.
