Landscaper recommendations to lay sod in BR

I have about 650/sq feet that needs to be tilled and then have sod laid. Recs? How much would it cost?

Pretty sure the going rate to lay sod is $50 per pallet.

Pallet of sod usually covers about 450-500 sqft.

Yeah. A pallet usually covers around 450 sf and costs maybe $150 delivered. Maybe a little less or a little more depending on source, species, and distance.

just get it delivered and lay it yourself.

Why does it have to be tilled? Did will grow on concrete as long as it gets enough water.
