Use my fitness pal and use the if it fits your macros diet ratios calories/fats/carbs/protein. Weigh and track everything period.

As far as exercise goes, I recommend either 5/3/1 bodyweight template plus sprints. The four day template. Or lci method by greyskull is another great workout for people looking to lose but make no mistake its hard.

Whatever you do get some heavy compound lifting in including squats and deads and get some sprints in. fasted Morning walks also help a ton
