re: Nutrition experts: why are prisoners so jacked?

The ratio of dudes naturally jacked in prison is on par with those that are naturally jacked out of prison. We all know a dude that can eat whatever they want and barely work out and still look ripped as shite.

If you were to take a walk through any prison yard in America, you'd find a small group of men that actually give a shite about their body, and within that group maybe 5 dudes that defy your so called law of physics. The rest of them look like bloated fat asses.
