Are YOU fricking high? If pot is legalized they will more than likely still test for it. We had sites in Colorado that had to send out emails reminding everyone that weed on a drug test will still be a terminating offense.

That's the company's right. Those employees were employed by the company at the time and should be subject to it's rules.
Is it stupid? Definitely. Are they putting themselves at a competitive disadvantage? Without a doubt.
