Nice post Russian. Especially since I know you are not a fan of the St George movement. I'm still listening. I feel certain it would benefit me personally but I am also pleased with the progress of the city's public profile in the last decade.

Yes, we need more like him. Not bitter, just principaled.

It Seems like he has spent a lot of his time and effort within a system that apparently has not provided satisfaction. I'm thinking he is operating from a more informed position than I am and hence give him the benefit of the doubt. It's people like him that will hold sway for the movement.

I worded that part of my OP poorly. He has worked tirelessly for a public school, primarily Woodlawn High School.

What I meant was I wish he would be more involved with the school system as a whole...run for school board, show up at school board meetings and speak up...that sort of involvement.

He seems like a dynamic type of person who might could energize more people to hold the school board accountable. That would help improve the entire school system.

That's what I meant.
