if wanting to purchase a sldr i highly, highly recommend a professional fitting with an outdoor trackman. Is the R1 you have the TP model? If not then the phenom shaft you have is not the real thing it is a made for shaft meant to be cheap and cost efficient. So if not the TP model a new shaft could definitely help. The fubuki alpha shaft is a very good one. It is designed for mid launch / low spin.
