I am in Charleston, SC trying to get to Mobile, AL. My flight has been cancelled for today and tomorrow. They can't get me home until Friday if I fly.

I am thinking about driving south to Jacksonville and then over I-10 to Mobile.

Anyone familiar with the roadways between Charleston and Jacksonville? Is it expected to be bad or have closures?

I can't tell you about north of Savannah, but it's 34 and raining here. I'm at the office and the roads are fine. Going to get warmer through the day.

If you shag it NOW and take the back way to Savannah you should be ok...icing and snow just west of you in Charleston...below Savannah just rain
