Sounds like something urban/kiffin would do, though they weren't in contention, in this case.

Possibly Florida? Muschamp can be fiery, though it did say assistant.

That is messed up. The NCAA compliance should enforce rules to protect these kids. The coach should have been able to be reported and been forced to take unpaid leave or fired.

This kind of bullshite and the lies urban/ manipulations of kiffin should be penalty worthy IMO

As the article states, the parents did the homework and sniffed out the rats as best they could. If you read between the lines, Bama, FL, and LSU made the top three. I would think those coaches had the most character of the recruiters, and represented things as up front as they could.

Unfortunately some kids don't have a plan for dealing with the process and can be swayed pretty easily, look at our own Valentine and his four diff commitments. It can be a daunting process with a lot of pressures if not handled correctly.
