Brining Chicken Wings

Do any of y'all do this when frying them? If so what do you use?

Nope. Just shake in season flour and let them hang out in the fridge or on a table (assuming it's not terribly hot inside) for a couple of hours to let it all meld. 10 minutes in the deep fryer and toss in your favorite sauce.

you can brine them with some salt, sugar, and maybe some rosemary

i doubt if the difference in flavor, especially after sauce is added, will really shine through

No real need but if you do I would only do it for an hour.

And if you are cooking them for a Superbowl party and drinks are involved no one will know or care.
