Thanks for the recommendations, guys! We chose Stanley, but I will definitely try the others soon.
We must've beat the rush at Stanley because we had no wait at all. The last 2 times I tried to go there, the wait was over an hour so we went elsewhere.
I had the omelette sandwich. It was very good, but the waiter told us it used to be better. He said they started pre-cooking the omelettes to make them quicker to serve, and that they used to be better. My nephew had the eggs benedict poboy and said it was great - better than he expected.
Both of us had the grits - bacon infused gold grits creamy with large (course) "grit kernels" topped with green onions. Grits were excellent. Flavorful without being overpowering as the ingredients might suggest.
I highly recommend Stanley!
