re: Jazzland theme park to return to NOLA?

Most amusement parks are in areas similar to N.O. East in other cities because the land is cheap. Have you been to 6 Flags in Atlanta? I also see no problem with issuing tax credits in order to promote the development of the park. The city and state are currently collecting no taxes on a blighted property and granting tax credits would allow them to have the property improved with private money and also allow them to reap the benefit of sales taxes collected when the park is built. Tax credits also don't allow entities to pay no tax they allow the payment of reduced taxs.
