Timing a trip you're already making to coincide with recruits is at worst coincidental and at best making the most of a salient opportunity. It's unlikely they were sitting near each other so it's doubtful there was any more interaction than 30 minutes at the gate before boarding and a well-wish to enjoy your recruiting trip when disembarking.

Actually, ANY interaction would be considered an in-home visit even if they said hello at check in and everything was a total coincidence.

Perhaps you haven't heard of "The Bump Rule," put into place because the University of Alabama Head Coach always seems to "bump into" recruits. NOT a violation or considered a visit anymore, but there are certain things you can and cannot do when you "Bump Into" a recruit.
Still, proving a coach violated this is virtually impossible, and so what? The NCAA has lost it's bite after Miami walked free.
