I tried it for a couple weeks bc my office was 80 miles away. I couldn't take it. I'd rather drive the 1.15 hr. Plus it gives me a reason to get out the house early and arrive back whenever I want. There's nothing like being your own boss.

Truth. I could "save" a couple grand a month by not having an office but if I worked from home I would work less and it would end up costing me money so I drag my arse to the office M-F.

No doubt plus in my business I have to network and be out and about a lot. Not to mention if I'm not at the office I feel isolated and out of touch, I like to be where the phone rings so I can have a handle on who and what's going on. On the other hand, being at the office also gives me the flexibility to take 2 hour lunches.

I enjoy working from home and get more done than at the office. It's good for busy work, spreadsheets etc.
