Interstates used to cost a mill a mile.

Now a frickin trolley costs 30 mill a mile ?

I'm not familiar with those costs....is that high relative to what other cities pay?

I suppose it's for the rail line, trains, passenger platforms, and servicing infrastructure. I imagine it could be expanded for less than what it costs to actually acquire the trains and start a new service?

In today's dollars, interstates cost way more than 1 mil per mile
