The barrel nut will be the toughest to remove.
Torque the new nut to 30-80lbs. Make sure you use non graphite anti seize on the barrel nut threads.
If you don't have a vise, torque wrench, or a vise block just take it to someone who does.
Eta: try barking irons for a faster turn around.
A lot a folks just cut the fsb and leave them on....
