The same thing happens in Southern California when it's hot out and people turn their AC on. So annoying!

it's not the people's fault. these companies are getting by as cheaply as possible. Far be it for a customer to run their ac when it's hot or the heater when it's cold! I work with them in disaster relief, I'm on standby as we speak. I've seen first hand the inferior supply system they try and get by with.
