There is no doubt the allegations are true. Crap like this occurs all across America all the time because the perpetrators are never punished... they're all too willing to allow taxpayers to foot the court costs and fines. And the ACLU does not select these cases frivolously. .. you can bet their ducks are all in a row.

I had a public school bus driver when I was about 11 that preached to us all the time. She told us things like we could pick blackberries on anyone's property that we wanted because God made them for everyone and that we had to stay away from people who had cancer because we might catch it. She had the 10 commandments posted at the front of the bus. She was a complete lunatic. Parents complained but no one called the ACLU so she kept her job.
