Just a few things......
Tankless hot water heater.
Under cabinet lights under wall cabinets in kitchen.
In your master bedroom, drop your crown molding down approx 8 or 10" down from the ceiling and run a rope light in behind it. This gives the room a great atmosphere for sexy fun time.
Make sure your tile setter uses the appropriate water proofing in any tile showers. Schluter makes a fool proof system that comes with a shower pan, drain, and everything else to do it right.

Separate master bathroom areas, his and hers. Best thing I ever did, also a shower with a steam system in it, it is the best. Man cave is pretty cool too. If you can afford it use the spray foam insulation also, it is unbelievable the difference it makes.
