The read out on your cluster isn't accurate as it is, and it's even less accurate if you don't reset it after each fill up.
My instant read out tells me I get 20-22 crusing at 70-75, while the instant read out on my Bullydog tells me 16-17 at the same speeds.
It was really windy yesterday, so there is a chance you had a 20 mph gust at your back.
