Not a single vote for Comeaux's? Since I am in dallas, I have to work hard to find good andouille around here. The best I can buy in a normal store is Comeaux's andoille. I also order from cajun grocer.
I am not a big fan of savoie's stuff. I like their green onion sausage though.
I get double D from my local cajun market, and it is not bad.
I am also partial to coarse ground texas hill country sausages. It is hard to find up in dallas though. You get all the czech and german influence so it is generally very flavorful.
