He is playing his way into another year of college ball. Good for next year's team if he pushes himself.

He looks like Beetle Juice from Howard Stern only bigger.

Not sure what the problem is, but he has been underperforming all year.
Could be confidence.
For this team to be good, JOB had to play like the All-SEC player he was last year. This year he is barely playing well enough to get minutes.
If I were coach, I would think about starting Martin and Mickey and bringing JOB off the bench to see if that gets something going. He really has been pretty bad of late.
For whatever reason, this team just hasn't meshed like they should. But, they did play better. They can still get on a roll. But, JOB has to play a part. He has the ability.

both my brother and I noticed that throughout the game. He doesnt work are flashing through the zone. he jogs to/through screens, ect. his lack of effort on the boards is inexcusable. I dont see any fight in him. its really sad
also, its like he washes his hands with butter prior to game time

He is playing totally flat footed and has no clue. Playing lazy with no intensity no defense
