I would totally be down for banging a 40 year old, but to consider marrying one just seems crazy. Even if he is mature, does he hang out with your friends? What do they think hanging with him? Do you hang out with his friends? Im jsut confused how everything else works besides the you and him time.

Most of the guys he hangs around with are in their late 20s early 30s. He's not a club/bar guy (I'm the one who always wants to go out). Besides the expected age diff jokes we get, most people have seen how happy we are and tell us if we're happy then who gives a shite what others think. I concur.

So basically normal guys your age or close to your age didn't want to put up with your shite so you had to find someone young and naïve enough to do so?

Sounds like he grew up too quick. You can only be young for so long.

I'm 27 and would NEVER hang out with a 19 year old kid at my age. Is there anyone here that is in their late 20s and hangs out with someone that can't legally buy alcohol? (I'm not talking about a relative)
