Look I'm not trying to be mean (again), but age is most definitely not just a number. Biology and the environment start to do work on your body and you age. Your bones creak, your muscles take longer to repair, injuries don't heal as easy, your skin gets wrinkled and weathered, etc. This is not something you can stop unless you're Ponce De Leon.
