I'd consider it for a long LONG time.
Belichik would trade him in a heartbeat with the new contract coming around.
Trade him and we could pickup a stud WR, an athletic OLB/CB and a center in the midrounds.
Team would be stacked. Our 2nd and 3rd TEs are pretty solid as is.
