We are talking about pain that is never ging to be resolved. Your regular physician will not be doing epidural steroid injections, or evaluating you for implanted neurostimulators or intrathecal pumps, and has limited or no knowledge of long term medication protocols which means how to treat your pain over the course of years without destroying your kidneys and liver.
