ESPN may have just not updated their rankings
Maybe, but they gave grades to Sammy Watkins and Greg Robinson, both of whom declared after Jarvis. That's why I thought it was odd.

apparently McShay doesn't have a write-up on Jarvis (or didn't as of Oct), but thinks he's a day 2 pick. so 2nd or 3rd rd, where other mocks seem to have him.

quote:

McShay said he did not do a work up page on Landry but the 6-feet-1, 195-pounder from Lutcher has opened his eyes.

"I've watched him play, been really impressed," McShay said. "He's not as quick as Beckham but he's a silky smooth route runner who separates well, and has some big play ability. I'm really impressed with his hands and his focus in traffic. Both of those guys are going to be Day 2 receivers if they decide to come out."
