Yep, a passing QB who can occasionally run isn't really a dual threat. It's just a QB who can run when the opportunity presents itself. JJ was a passing QB who could run, but really wasn't a dual threat QB.

Don't think Jennings is either.

Exactly. I love the type of QB JJ was, he was just a terrible example of it. What I'd most like (as many have pointed out) is that style of QB, only good at it (a la Aaron Rodgers, etc.).
