You fricks are so close minded. When you get the chance to make good money, you take it. Les is drafting guys that are too smart. The posters that criticize these kids for leaving early are so dumb as frick when it comes to real world logic and finance. Damn
The point being made is that compared to other teams our draft legible kids leave at a much greater rate,it's not even close. Bama had three juniors come back who would have been top 2 rds easy.

Half the guys that left last year stayed here for four years! I wrote this in a thread yesterday...

How many of the kids that declared early last year can you truly blame?
Wing - is a punter, no difference from 5th round to UDFA. I mean come on, he's a freaking punter!
Ford - Four year player. He had already got put behind four guys the year prior and would be the same the next year, dude should get a jump and take his chance and not risk injury. Smart professional move.
Ware - He knew he was behind Hill and would have to split carries with 3 other backs almost equally. Dude should get a jump and take his chance and not risk injury. Smart professional move.
Logan - Four year player. He could have come back and possibly played himself to first round, but that is a stretch. Dude was pro ready and started the whole second half of the year I believe.
Montgomery - Four year player. Led LSU in sacks two years straight and was projected 1st round and GMs thought first round until he went looney toons in his interviewing process.
Mingo - Four year player AND a first round pick
Reid - First round pick
Faulk - Four year player and had risk/reward stamped to his forehead. He had already fricked his knee up, would be devastating to do it again the very next year and get no money. Most degrees aint worth shite in the real world.
Mathieu - He was kicked out and the longer he waited to declare, the worst his position would be. He was a first round lock if he didn't get high. Dude is going to get a 40 mill deal in 2 years if he keeps himself clean.
Simon - This is the ONLY guy I had a problem with leaving. That is also simply because he could have played himself into the first round. Long, rangy corner who covered guys like blankets his first year playing. He could have made a big impression coming back and showing his sophomore year was a slump.
Minter - Four year player. Physically ready and could not have gone any higher than early second. You can't coach speed and height so no advantage to coming back.
