Guaranteed Obama (or via Carney) place the blame for these hijinx on the insurance companies. That's if it's even brought up in a presser.

Yup...But in all honesty, that is not 100% the individuals fault. HHS didn't even build in the back end system to send info over to the insurance companies until mid-Nov.
