deer processing help needed.

I need to have a deer that is deboned ground into hamburger in the baton rouge area. Where is the best place to take it?

We usually grind it ourselves at the camp, but I had to leave to soon.

I take mine to Bergerons on hwy 415 in port Allen. The owner is a family friend so I always go there.

Days Smokehouse and specialty meats in Watson does good work too.

Depends how far you want to travel. If you just want a straight grind and are in the BR area, there's Tramote's too.
