Good stuff, LSURussian.
If it's that easy, then it seems like a no-brainer for the city to try and do that. And wouldn't that be a game-changer in terms of the financial impact that St. George would have on the city of BR?

I'm sure it would be a severe blow to the new city's finances. One article in the paper said 30% of ALL the local sales taxes collected in EBR comes from just the Mall of LA.
There is no way BR allows that revenue to walk away.
Of course, Bodi White disagrees.
