I'm going back to the Box from PS and so far MW1 is the only one I've spent a bunch of time on. Limited lobbies but easy to get a game 
playable for sure and haven't ran into a hack game yet
Next up for me will be MW2, maybe tonight, I'll let you know what I see on it.I don't mind jumping lobbies to get away from hacks so if enough people are playin it a straight up game should be doable
