Just checked out the sagarin rankings.
I included 11 so Ohio can represent. Big 12 is close behind the B1G and then it drops of a bit.

It definitely goes in cycles. It was just a few years back when the B1G was down and the ACC was king. There is so much parity on CBB these days.
