my method
fry 1lb. bacon
brown of ducks real goodi mean real good
Optional step here. I sometimes make a rue after browning them off
add onions, and celery, add your stock.
I season with salt,pepper, garlic powder bay leaves. Lea&Perins, some orange juice, steens syrup and Mollasses cook the Bitches down for about 3 hrs.
if you don't make rue make a slury to thicken the gravy, serve over Wild rice or regular rice either way it will make you slap your MAMMA

I remain undefeated in racquet ball against my friends in Chattanooga.
Lost first game 15-11.
Came back with a 15-3 win to go to tiebreaker.
Down 10-5 (play to 11) and come back to win 12-10.
Probably closest my buddies got to beating me. Now to whoop him in golf tomorrow.

I played racquet ball once at LSU. I broke a dude's front tooth clean out of his mouth.

My moms dad was really good. Played with Elvis in Memphis some. Has a tournament named after him. He died of pancreatic cancer before I was born. My mom always tells me how much I look like him so I grew up playin because I wanted to be like him.
