Hill runs soft. Name a back in the NFL that runs that way and is successful. RB's have to run violent at 235lbs. Hill simply doesn't. Yes he has great ability that he uses only a fraction of the time in my opinion. I'd draft a work horse like Magee has been for us over a back that has power size but runs like a scat back.

For reference of Hill's running power and all his other skills, check these

vs Mississippi State 2013

vs Florida 2013

vs South Carolina 2012

vs Arkansas (2013)

He's not your truck stick guy, he sometimes drags a few guys, pushes the pile. Very athletic and very fast for his size. Great vision and balance and reminds me so much of Foster also because his excellent hands out of the backfield. He's going to be a great NFL back.
